The art of culinary is not simply the occupation or hobby, culinary arts is based on the perception of many, but it is a quality and/or sense of expression to those who are of Culinary Character. The beauty in culinary lies with not only the expression, but the dynamics of it. Culinary is never the same it is always different depending on who or where it comes from, it has a way of differentiating us culturally but brings us together globally.

Being of Culinary Character doesn't just mean knowing how to cook or waking up and thinking of food every day, but just having a basic interest, knowing what fascinates you about food and what you might or might not like. I believe that everyone has Culinary Character in them even if it's just a little. Culinary Character is my gift to you.
